EPIC RESEARCH NCDEX UPDATE OF TURMERIC 10 OCTOBER 2018


  • Turmeric trading range for the day is 6500-6672.
  • Turmeric dropped amid higher arrivals and improved sowing in turmeric growing areas of Tamilnadu, Karnataka and Maharashtra.
  • Turmeric arrivals in Sangli mandi were 1,000-1,200 bags (60 Kg/bag) compared to 1,500 bags.
  • NCDEX accredited warehouses turmeric stocks dropped by 447 tonnes to 2513 tonnes.
  • In Nizamabad, a major spot market in AP, the price ended at 6854.75 Rupees dropped -50 Rupees.
