Maize trading range for the day is 1436-1468. Maize prices ended with gains due to high feed makers demand. In Maharashtra, it has been sown in around 2.73 lakh hectares which is higher than 2.12 lakh hectare covered during corresponding period last year. In Bihar, it has been sown in around 4.48 lakh hectares which is higher than 4.38 lakh hectare. In Nizamabad maize spot prices dropped -2.1 Rupees to 1496.65 Rupees per 100kgs.
