Turmeric prices gained due to limited arrivals of good quality turmeric at the spot market.
Turmeric area reported lower due to lower rainfall at the time of sowing period which impact on production.
At Nizamabad market total arrivals are at 12000 quintals, down by 8000 quintals from previous trading day.
In Nizamabad, a major spot market in AP, the price ended at 8750 rupees gained 36.1 rupees.
