Jeera prices gained on rising demand from stockists and traders at the spot market.
Though, some gains were capped by higher supply from the producing regions in the midst of decline in the export demand.
NCDEX accredited warehouses jeera stocks dropped by 3 tonnes to 221 tonnes.
In Unjha, a key spot market in Gujarat, jeera edged up by 11.1 rupees to end at 14300 rupee per 100 kg.
