Maize prices ended with losses tracking weakness in spot demand and overseas prices.
As per Government data, maize has been sown in 8.14 lakh hectares as on lower by 1.51 lakh hectares than the corresponding period of last year.
NCDEX accredited warehouses maize stocks gained by 213 tonnes to 16346 tonnes.
In Nizamabad maize prices dropped -14.55 rupee to end at 1555 rupees per 100 kg.
