Mentha oil spot at Sambhal closed at 1018.30 per 1kg. Spot prices is up by Rs.0.40/-.
Mentha oil prices gained amid pickup in demand in spot market against tight stocks position on limited arrivals from Uttar Pradesh.
Further, lower production hopes due to lower plantings of the aromatic herb too supported mentha oil prices uptrend.
At Chandausi market sources reported arrivals at 22 Drums(1-drum-180kg), down by 3 Drums(1-drum-180kg) as compared to previous day.
