Jeera gains on late short covering after prices dropped earlier on account of higher supply from producing regions.
Further, timely sowing on favorable weather at the major producing regions of Gujarat and Rajasthan too fuelled the downtrend.
NCDEX accredited warehouses jeera stocks gained by 151 tonnes to 6731 tonnes.
