Jeera prices dropped as timely sowing due to favorable weather at the major producing regions of Gujarat and Rajasthan.
However, the prices of jeera at spot market also declined on steady demand from traders and retail merchants on quality issues.
NCDEX accredited warehouses jeera stocks dropped by 15 tonnes to 6525 tonnes.
