Mustard seed dropped on profit booking after gaining on higher export demand, following robust export demand.
The mustard crop has suffered substantial damage in several States in the northern and central parts of the country due to unseasonal rain.
NCDEX accredited warehouses mustard seed stocks gained by 4706 tonnes to 23743 tonnes.
In the Alwar spot market in Rajasthan the price gained 11.95 rupee to 3854.25 rupees per 100kgs.
