Jeera prices ended higher on poor market arrivals of the new season crop.
India's Jeera exports are reaching a new high even as prices have moved up in the local markets following unseasonal rains and production shortage.
NCDEX accredited warehouses jeera stocks gained by 543 tonnes to 15056 tonnes. In Unjha, a key spot market in Gujarat, jeera edged down by -85.75 rupees to end at 17603.55 rupee per 100 kg.
