Turmeric trading range for the day is 6339-6551.
Turmeric rose on estimates of lower output though new season supplies and higher stocks restricted the upside.
Weak exports data coupled with higher supplies of the fresh crop and huge carryover stocks may pressurize prices.
NCDEX accredited warehouses turmeric stocks gained by 119 tonnes to 1796 tonnes.
In Nizamabad, a major spot market in AP, the price ended at 6275 rupees dropped by -56.8 rupees.
