Mentha oil prices reversed its previous day’s gains, falling by 0.45 per cent on Friday at the domestic markets due to increased arrivals of the commodity in the physical market from the major producing belts in Uttar Pradesh. At MCX, Mentha oil futures for December 2012 contract, at MCX, were trading at Rs.1,356.80 per kg, down by 0.45 per cent after opening at Rs. 1,361.10 against the previous closing price of Rs. 1,362.90.
